Club members are helping to support the Pug in Ireland. Club members receive, and can contribute to, an annual newsletter. Club members, if resident in Ireland, can win perpetual trophies at the annual Club Breed Championship Show. Club members can vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Membership Rates
Membership (for one year from AGM to AGM) = €6
Annual membership of the Irish Pug Dog Club runs from AGM to AGM. The AGM is usually held in the late Summer, and membership fees for the following year are due then.
To Join the Irish Pug Dog Club
Applicants for membership must read the Club Rules and the Club Ethics and must agreed to abide by them. Please complete a Membership Application Form (see pdf download below). If the application is for a joint membership, please include the names and signatures of both applicants. Candidates are required to be forwarded and seconded by two other Club members. Candidates that are unable to provide a forwarder and seconder are asked instead to include a letter stating their interest in pugs.
Completed forms should be returned with the membership fee to the Club Secretary:
